Since local groups are prohibited from accepting PayPal, I find myself
wishing for a kind of SCA TicketMaster.  Some enterprising entrepreneur
could buy up a block of 50 on-board reservations, paying cash.  Then, said
entrepreneur could scalp those reservations (at a hefty premium) to people
like me who strongly prefer to do business by e-mail.
