[MR] more super secret lists

since i live in the land of secret lists i am hoping to be able to help
someone.  i have two transplants from ansteorra that are looking for local
rapier practices.  they live in my canton but are closer to baelfire dunn.
they asked me about rapier practices but i dont have any direct contact with
baelfire dunn so i wasnt able to assist them since they have a super secret
closed list.  anyone lucky enough to be allowed on that list that could
forward a message for me please contact me privately so that these guys can
get some info.
