 From the Acorn web site (or Kingdom one, for that matter), you can
see links for the various marshalate activities.  That can take you
to the Kingdom Rapier Marshal site at http://rapier.atlantia.sca.org/.

 From there, they can see the rules of the list (to see how they differ
from what they're used to) and a reasonably up to date list of all
Atlantian Rapier practices.  You can also see all the marshals
(rapier or otherwise) with contact information.  That should get
them all they need.

Oh yeah, and there's always calling the seneschal of whatever
group and asking...
