Donations to the SCA (this does not include reimbursement for your time) are indeed tax deductable.

The document that you need is called an Acknowledgement of Donation & Receipt.

The link below will take you to a PDF file of the Exchequer's Handbook.  Go go page 240 to see and print the form (select ONLY page 240 or you'll print the whole handbook):

Follow the instructions on the form and make sure that the right people sign it, and keep a signed copy for your records.  Direct any further questions to your local exchequer.
