Does this also mean no siege weapons?

Please pass this onto any other list you think would find
  the information useful.

Greetings to all heavy fighters, especially combat archers,
planning to attend the War College being held this weekend
at Kingdom Arts and Sciences Festival. The Company of St.
Aiden just learned that local laws prohibit archery at the
site. In correction to our previously posted curriculum,
there will be no archery activities that day.

Our skilled archers are a necessary and deadly force in the
Atlantian army, and being unable to practice with them is
certainly our loss. Please see the Kingdom calendar for the
series of upcoming Kingdom War Practices.

  With Apologies,
  John Forneau
