[MR] Novice Tournament Question

I believe what Domenico is asking is if he has been authorized in a
weapons form for les than 2 years can he fight that form in the novice
tournament, regardless of how long he has been an authorized fighter.

For example I authorized dual weapons last fall, but my first
authorization was close to 2 years ago.  Would I be able to fight in
the novice tournament with dual weapons?

I do not intend to fight in the novice tournament but I believe this
is what Domenico is asking.  Your reply reads as 'No' I think.

  No my friend, it is the time AS a fighter that we are looking at for
this Tournament.  No matter the form, if you have been a fighter for 2
years or less...you may fight in this Tournament as a Novice fighter.
   But....Please come to Challenge of the Phoenix all the same.   We
will have an open Tournament after the Novice Tournament has been
completed.
   The feast is being prepared by Lady Brianna and Lord Galen.  Please
bring your pillows and Tables to the outside feast and dine with the
Baroness in a Turkish style meal.  Forgive the lack of Tables and
seats, but he meal will be absolutely Great all the same.
