Thank you your Highness for that gentle introduction.

I have established a mailing list for local commanders from the Northern 
Region, and other interested parties. To subscibe send a blank email to: 
councilnorth-subscribe at yahoogroups.com

The purpose of the mailing list is to distribute information about war 
practices, and discuss tactics and training. If you're holding a local melee 
practice, and need warriors to fight against, this is the place. If you're 
trying to organize a carpool and crash space for a trip to Assessment, this 
is the place. If it pertains to the northern Atlantian army, and you don't 
want to spam the Merry Rose, this is the place.

You do not need to be a commander to join the list.

I realize that not everyone reads the merry Rose, so if you know someone who 
might be interested, please let them know.
