My sister is doing a Renaissance Faire in her 8th grade French class in Princeton, NJ.  It's usually about a week long and they do a feast, interviews of their characters (all in french) and a day of dancing, which is next week.  The woman she lined up to teach her students may not be available next week.  My sister needs someone who can teach Renaissance dance AND speak french.
