[MR] Regarding the Acorn Website

Ok so what the heck is an RSS feed.  I know the book definition (I think...) 
but what applications would you use to get it?  Do these require high speed 
connections? ( I live in dialup heck... Brighid says purgatory since if your 
in Heck you at least know where you are.)
