Just thought I drop the tavern a line about traveling to Crown this weekend.  

If you are traveling to Crown tourny through Wilkesboro on US-421 to Boone/Blowing Rock be very carefull and travel at the posted speed limit.  

This weekend is the town's annual event called Merlefest, it is an internationally know Bluegrass festival and attracks close to 80,000 visitors each year.  Which means the cops are out in force.
