[MR] Political Prisoners in Lochmere?

i heard a very interesting rumor that there were
political prisoners being held incommunicado in the
Barony of Lochmere. could this be the reason that we
have not heard from Count Guido in so long? to whom
can we call for justice? can our beloved proprietor of
that den of iniquity, The Knave and Coin be returned
to us?
