Join the Barony of Marinus for Winter Revel on Saturday, January 3, 2004.
Our planned activities include Rapier Fighting, Children's Corner, Games, A&S displays and contests, and Dancing.
Winter Revel will be held at the Women's Club of Portsmouth, located at 304 Sycamore Road, Portsmouth, VA 23707
Site opens at 10 am and closes at 11 pm.
This is a wet site.
No Original Containers
No open flames are permitted.
Smoking is permitted outside only.
This is an indoor only event due to site restrictions.
After feast, there will be a masked ball.
Masks will be available for a small fee, if you have need of one.
We will have plenty of gaming and socializing during the day, along with rapier fighting and activities for our children.

Our feast is being prepared by Baroness Antonella Carmina de Marco.

Arts & Sciences
We will have a display of masks. These can be period or not. We ask that they reflect the theme, however. Documentation for your masks is not required. These can be hand held or the type with ties.
Our A&S competition is "16th Century items used as household goods in Venice". Extra points will be given for documentation and display. Open display will also be available.
