Unto the Crown, Peers, and Populace of Atlantia does Gorm of Berra, Golden Dolphin Herald, send greetings:

In November of 2003, the Atlantian College of Heralds considered the following item, but was unable to recommend it for registration, and therefore RETURNED it.  The owner of the submission will be recieving a letter explaining in detail the reasons for the return, and will have one year from the date of that letter to resubmit a revised item at no additional charge:

Morgan O'Lathlann – Device - Vert, an open book argent charged with the letters MO purpure.  (Administrative – Unable to locate record of a registered name)

Acceptances were sent in a separate e-mail earlier today.
