[MR] ISO Sapphire Merchant

Greeting in the tavern.

I am looking for a merchant that was at Sapphire Joust this last weekend.
My lord set aside a necklace that he would still like to purchase, but since
we wound up leaving early Sunday, he was unable to return to the merchant
area to purchase it.  This merchant was sharing a booth with the gentle
selling the crystal charms and suncatchers.  He told me the necklace was
pearls with blue stones.
