[MR] Courts of their Excellencies at Hidden Mountain: Decameron

I'm forwarding this from another list. Most notably, I'd point out that the
first elevation within the Pages Academy was done at this court!

Also, for the guild, her Excellency, Julianna, made a WONDERFUL scroll 
(a copy of which was entered in the A&S competition at Sapphire Joust.)
I'm sure you can get the text of the scroll from her, or, any of the 
original guild members.

Their Excellencies Luqman and Julianna held court  and recognized the 
following at Hidden Mountain: Decameron on the 24th day of May, AS XXXVIII, 
being 2003 in the Common Era:


1   Clann Lochlann - Friends of the Mountain      

2   Volgaar Thorgulsson the Bold, Tegan de Moreton and Rowen the Shiftless 
    presented the new Champion Regalia

3   Royce Kennsington, Baronial Chocolatier, was presented with regalia for 
    the office made by Her Excellency 

4   Lina St. Albans - Baroness' Award of Courtesy   

5   Alesone MacCormac   - announced the winners of the Pages Heraldry Quest, 
    and then herself was named Lady in Waiting       

6   Bran Trefonnen -    announced winners of the days' activities

7   Changing of Seneschals for Barony (Tegan de Moreton, incoming) and 
    Canton of Misty Marsh (Angus MacDoughall Mhic Comyn, incoming)

8   Stepping down of past Champions   

9   Geldamar Le Fauceur - Order of the Defenders of the Mountain

10  Bran Trefonnen -  Order of the Defenders of the Mountain 

11  Presentation of new Champions 
    Baronial Champion:  Andronikos Psellos
    Rapier Champion:  Aodh Adendra Marland
    Baronial Thrown Weapons:  Ruaridh Kensie Scott Mac    Dhougall
    Baronial Artisan:  Thylacine Aquila of Dair Eideand       
    Baronial Bard:    Nazira Sara Bent Keriem

    Baroness Olwen de Montgomery & Halima from the Atlantian Pages Academy did
12   induct Anna Isabel as a Page
12A  elevate Magnus to Cupbearer Status. This is the first Pages Academy
                                         in the Kingdom!

13  Their Excellencies then called the Hidden Mountain Scribal Guild and 
    thanked them for their dedicated service 

14  Thylacine Aquila of Dair Eideand - Azure Mountain           

15  Their Excellencies then called those for whom it was their first event - 
    approximately 20 Newcomers came forward - vivats!


Their Excellencies then announced the formation of 
The Hidden Mountain Bad Influence Guild.  
The Charter was presented, and the following recognized as charter members
with the rank of Rapscallion:

His Excellency charged the new members with the following task:
"Go forth and do as much mischief as you can."

19  Bran Trefonnen  Order of the Pinnacle of the Mountain       

20 Their Excellencies then called Children of the Barony and distributed bubbles

21  Their Excellencies then called the Baronial Chocolatier , Royce 
   Kensington.  After he deemed the chocolate safe, His Excellency commanded 
   "Let them eat Chocolate!"  and Chocolate in the shape of little argent 
   mountains was distributed to the populace to the delight of all.


During feast, another court was held:

There were several presentations of gifts for Their Excellencies.

James of Middle Aston presented letters of Bling Bling to Their Excellencies 
and to other attendees of the Hidden Mountain party at Gulf Wars.

22  Bran Trefonnen was inducted into the HM Bad Influence Guild as a Mountebank,
    sponsored by James of Middle Aston

The cooking staff was recognized for an incredible feast.

The autocrat was recognized for a fun and wonderful event.
