Greetings from Bryce de Byram, autocrat of Sapphire
Joust IV. 

Some recent construction and site changes have removed
about an acre of campable space and one of major roads
on the site. 

While we believe that we have plans in place to deal
with these changes we are unsure if the site can
accommodate our original estimate of 900 people. 

Therefore we are lowering the Site Cap to 750 people. 

I apologize for having to do this, and I apologize in
advance should we have to turn you away at the door.
But I felt that short notice was better than no
notice. 

I would like to suggest that if you intend on coming
to the event you should send a reservation to Mistress
Stephnia (information at
www.geocities.com/sapphirejoust/) as soon as possible.
We are encouraging you to send those reservations by
this Saturday so that she will have time to process
them in advance and make your wait at troll easier and
shorter. 

Sending reservations also helps us plan adequately for
facilities such as parking and additional porta-johns.
