Do you like fighting? Do you like fighting in a wooded clearing with the 
sound of arrows thunking into targets and rattan hitting armor? Do you want 
to see the Atlantia King, or the Prince? Well, we have an event for you!

The Stierbach Baronial Birthday celebration is at hand. 

But wait, wait, fighting isn't our only activity. We've got A&S for Heraldic 
Display. We've got a covered pavilion we're calling the "Solar" for adult 
crafts and games. We've got a separate pavilion for children's activities. 
And we are holding a raffle of special "themed" (garb, cooking, arts & 
sciences, etc.) baskets - the only way to "buy" a ticket is to volunteer an 
hour at the event...AND...AND, we have displays of crafts and projects 
in-work to highlight local artisans - bow making, brewing, needlework, 
illumination and calligraphy are only a few of the excellent displays that 
will be on-hand. 

Our location is Triangle, Virginia, in the heart of the Prince William 
National Forrest Park. We've got wood-cabins nestled in the forest, and there 
are very nice showers and bathrooms. Cabin camping is a flat fee of $4.00 for 
the weekend. There are handicap cabins available, and the site has a handicap 
accessible path and feast hall. We will also have a wheelchair accessible 
port-a-john on the list field. Note: plan to bring bedding and a cart to 
transport your goods from your car to your cabin. 

We've got fighting in rapier and heavy weapons. We've got target archery.  
And have we got a feast planned for you - with pageantry and procession and 
period music. And did you say you liked Bardics - well we've got bardics both 
Friday and Saturday nights. And Merchants - merchants are welcome, and even 
encouraged to reserve space and join us at the event.

Cost/Reservations: The day-trip rate is $9.00 for members, $12.00 for 
non-members. Children 5 to 17 are $4.00 each. Children under the age of 5 are 
guests of the Barony. The on-board rate (including feast) is $16.00 for 
members, $19.00 for non-members. Child on-board rate is $11.00. Cabin camping 
is a flat fee of $4.00 per person for the weekend. Please indicate the group 
with whom you would like to camp: Archery, Rapier, Heavy, Merchant, Family 
area, or no-preference. Please make checks payable to Barony of STIERBACH, 
SCA, INC. Include the following: SCA and mundane name(s), SCA member 
number(s) and expiration date(s). Membership cards required at Troll

Per the laws of the PW National Forest: No pavilion camping. The site is 
discreetly wet in the cabin area, no original containers. No alcohol allowed 
on the List field. No open flames are permitted. No live-steel weapons. No 
pets.
