The menu has changed slightly for Baronial Birthday.  I had to adjust some
recipes to reflect inflation of food prices since I did research for  my
initial budget.

First Course
Pandemayne Bread w/Butter
Insalate di verdura-Green Salad w/Balsamic dressing*
De ovis implendis- Stuffed Eggs with olives**
Ravioli in tempo di carne- Meat raviolis served in broth (
chicken and pancetta)

Second Course
Pollastro arrosto- Chicken in Orange Sauce w/dates
Sparaci- Asparagus with Saffron*
Spinache Torte- Spinach and Cheese Tart**

Third Course
Polpettone di buoe, fatto nel graticola - Marinated Beef Roasted on Spit#
Mustardo- Spicy Mustard
Vermicelli- Vermicelli served with olive oil and roasted garlic*
Insalata di carote cotte - Salad Of Roasted carrots *

Dessert Course
Torta bianca reale - Royal white tart (a crustless cheesecake)**
Limonia Sauce-Lemon Sauce
