[MR] Hero's Portion

Greetings
For any that are concerned, the event being thrown in Marinus called the
Hero's Portion had to be moved to the weekend of April 25th. This is a Siege
event based around a 40 foot tall enclosed tower that we are allowing
fighting inside. This tower is made from telephone poles and 2 inch thick
wood. It is normaly a repelling tower used by the Scouts. A a grand melee is
to be held to determine Captains for the two sides, with the winner
receiving the largest steak we can find.(Hence the event name, the Hero's
portion of the beast.) The winning side shall receive a chest of many things
to be divided by the team captain. Those that fought in this event prior had
a very good time.

We are also opening our doors to all within the fiber arts community. A
large open space for classes, demo's, or just working on a project is
provided. Our Lovely Baroness and  Lady Margret are co ordinating this fine
opportunity.
