[MR] attention rapier fighters

it has come to our attention that there is an assumption that we wish
there to be schlager only rapier combat at all events on our progress.
this is not true.  unfortunately i quickly read an email regarding
schlager only and assumed it was regarding the champions tourney at our
coronation.  in my haste i responded affirmatively and her highness
supported my desire.  so to make sure everything is clear, the champions
tourney at our coronation will be schlager only.  the field will likely
be open for a while after that and will be open for all legal forms of
rapier.  aside from our coronation we have no other restrictions
regarding rapier combat.  i apologize for any confusion this has caused
and look forward to seeing many of you in a couple of weeks.
