[MR] Last call for track proposals

Good Gentles,

Saturday was my stated deadline for track proposals for June University in
Lochmere. I am extending this deadline until the end of the day Tuesday
March 4 since the mail server for my account was bouncing messages a week or
two ago.

I will sort through all the track proposals and determine which ones will
have a guaranteed space for June. There may be more space available for
tracks, or portions of tracks, after I receive the remainder of the class
proposals March 15. The catalog will be finalized by the end of March.
