(For those who do not know, Bright Leaf is a type of Tobacco and the Heraldic
Title was created originally for a regional deputy herald in North Carolina -
prime Bright Leaf Tobacco growing territory.  TRM liked the idea enough to
attempt to use the name for an Atlantian Award, which is currently in the
registration process.)
