Quick, small correction to Cuan's post if I may ...

Actually, not yet.  This ruling is a proposed one, that was put out for 
comment, and comments were collected.

No news on the ruling has come out since.  It looks like it will happen; 
however, the details of it's execution, and timing, are yet to be decided ...

And the Egg Baldar issues have slowed it down.

So, at this time, there is no 'all SCA minimum' armor ruling for the SCA, 
or Atlantia.  (There does happen to be one for Pennsic to be a 'Medium' archer)
