[MR] Upcoming Outage

Just gonna let people know beforehand:

In light of recent customer load, Staminus will be upgrading its data center
facility to accomodate the expanded customer base.  This upgrade is
scheduled for Friday, July 25th between the hours of 9 AM and 12 PM PST.
During this operation window, your service(s) may be temporarily affected
with interruption or downtime.  Once the operation window is over, all
services will resume normal operation with expanded capacity.

So if the kingdom server is seems to be down for this period, ya know what's
going on :)
