[MR] gossip ....and water request

I feel that a small water donation is a fair request.  Just think of the
good will it would produce when visitors from other Kingsdoms enter our
Court and are greeted with a cold drink and refreshments!  It is not as if
his Majesty ordered everyone to bring him food and drink for his personal
use.  This is for use by the populace and our Court visitors!!

I am not sure why people would consider this a problem unless they just to
not have enough to do with their time that they must invent things to be
disgruntled about.  I would be interested in knowing the cause of the bad
feelings about this request.  If people are truely concerned, they should
feel free to speak so outloud at this Tavern and have others join in the
discussion.
