Please pardon for my attempt at humor.  I would hope that if it is stated
that hard liquor is not allowed, the poplulace would follow the rules.
Unfortunately, I am well aware that there are those who do what they will,
no matter how much it endangers the rest of us, and I was attempting to
address this with humor.  Wrong move- and so I'll be more direct with my
statements.  I am in no way condoning the behavior of those who don't follow
the rules.  Please don't mess up this for the rest of us.
