Greetings Good Gentles!

We look forward to welcoming you to Twelfth Night in Charlesbury Crossing!
Here is a tentative schedule for the day¹s activities.  I haven¹t listed the
Children¹s Activities and Pages Activities, but those WILL be happening
throughout the day.
Games will take place at the whim of the players and Ly. Kilmeny.
Entertainment in the Merchant Hall will be ongoing.

Be advised that there will be no lunch served during the day.  However, the
site is very near a plethora of eating establishments of all descriptions.

Also, while beer and wine are allowed, hard alcohol is not. (something to do
with liquor licenses...).  Sooo, if you cannot possibly live through the
meal without your G&T, please transfer it to a period container.  And don¹t
tell me.  Thank you.

10:00-12:30     Newcomers Gathering
11:00               First Court
(After court)     Royal Bard Competition begins
12:00               A&S Judging begins
12:00-3:00      European Dancing
3:30                Pick up A&S entries
4:00                Second Court
6:00                Feast hall open for table setting
                        (depending on the length of court, etc., this could
be earlier)
6:30                Feast
                       Final round of Royal Bard Competition
                       Table decorating competition
9:00                Hafla begins ( at the hotel)

10:00               Site closes (this means we turn out the lights and lock
the doors, so plan accordingly!)
