[MR] Storvik fighter practice cancellation 3/17/03

Due, not so much to the weather, but rather the inability of MDOT to remove
snow and ice from roads, tonight's fighter practice is cancelled. Storvik's
Monday night fighter practice will resume next week as usual. I'm sorry for
any inconvenience.

This 17" snowfall is the most I've seen in D.C. since the January 1996 storm
that shut down the city for a week. Before this storm hit, we had already
received more snowfall this winter than the past few years combined. Ah,
what a glorious year!
