Lady Rhiannon,

Yes, a clothes washer...<g>.  They can also be really useful for icing
mass quantities of canned beverages for large parties, and rinsing large
amounts of dirty vegetables for canning.  If you are making salad for a
huge crowd, you can wash the salad and place it in the washer on the
spin cycle---really big salad spinner!  I kinda live outside the
box...LOL!!!  Also, that whole plucking thing is why I'd rather
raise/eat rabbit.  You just peel the skin right off.
