I am just curious, but where did you find this information?
As far as I can see all three peerages confer a Patent, and can find no
reference to this being limited to only the first peerage received.
Atlantian law states;
"7.3 A Royal peerage earned in the Kingdom of Atlantia shall be accompanied
by a Patent of Arms if the new Royal Peer does not already have one."
and
"8.3.7.2 Admission to the Orders of the Opal, Silver Osprey, Bright Leaf,
and Kings Missiliers shall be accompanied by an Award of Arms to such
recipients as do not already have Arms."
and
"8.3.8.1 Admission to the Orders of the Golden Dolphin, Pearl, Sea Stag,
Yew Bow, Kraken, and Academie dEspee, the Order of the White Scarf of
Atlantia, shall be accompanied by a Grant of Arms to such recipients as do
not already have a Grant of Arms."
But no where does it state that you receive only one PoA, nor does it state
that you cannot receive a GoA if you have a PoA.
In service to Atlantia,
