[MR] Rapier Update-Celtic Cattle Raids

Greetings Fellow Atlantians,

We have a fun scenario planned for the fencers at Celtic Cattle Raids.
It
will be run along the lines of a bear-pit, but with a few surprises.

We would like to issue a challenge to all the fencers coming, however.
The
site does not have water, and we are already importing quite a bit.  So,
to
make the waterbearers' lives easier, each figher who brings a gallon of
water
for the waterbearers' station will be awarded extra points.  This could
make
all the difference in the war between Windmasters' Hill and Stierbach.
