It's not.  It actually sounds a lot like a cadence song that used to be
sung in the Army.  I say used to, because the lyrics are fairly vulgar. 
You might want to find some website that features such cadences.  I'm sure
there's one out there somewhere.  Sorry I couldn't be of more help, but if
you're at Gold Moon I'll be happy to hum it for you.  Singing it would
likely get me flogged, more so for my caterwauling than the lyrics.
