[MR] Hafla at Sapphire Joust

I have gotten permission from the autocrat of Sapphire
Joust to host a hafla after feast on Saturday at
Sapphire Joust.  Dancers and drummers and those
interested in Middle Eastern dance, music and culture
are invited to attend.  

The activities will take place at the amphitheater. 
There is a small wooden stage and I will make sure
there is ample lighting.  The amphitheater is located
such that hafla participants should not have to worry
about creating a noise problem for other campers.  I
am also trying to line up an alternative, probably a
Grimmes-style tent, to use in case of rain.
