[MR] judges for Atlantian A & S competitions

Hello to Atlantia.

I am please to announce that there is now a database of judges who are 
willing to judge arts and sciences competitions in Atlantia.  The list stands 
at 60 people at the moment.  As that includes one person in NY and one person 
in Europe (aren't they lovely to have signed up anyway?!), the list actually 
consists of 58 wonderful folks.  

Now, that may sound just peachy-keen, but when you consider that 11 people 
will be asked to judge most of South Carolina and northern Georgia, for 
example, it looks a bit different.  So I would still like to encourage 
everyone who would like to help to get in touch with me.  

P.S.  Does anyone in South Carolina know a Rowan the Shiftless (Christina 
Waring)?  If so, could you please ask her to get in touch with me?  Thank you.

And thank you once again to everyone who is now on the roster of judges.
