Greetings unto the Tavern,
 
I would like to begin by first apologzing if my post was unclear.  In
re-reading, I have realized that the flier sent to the Acorn does say
that the whole period/modern tent thing is a site restriction.  I
neglected to put that in my post. (oops... the best laid plans of mice
and me).
 
Our site is used as summer camp for handicapped children and the owners
are VERY particular about their site.  They have granted us the ability
to put up some pavilions and such around our Tourney field, but even
this has to be monitored closely.
 
This event means a lot to us and we by no means wish to exclude ANYONE
from attending.  On the contrary... the more the merrier, but alas, even
we have to answer the site gods.
 
I apologize again for any distress and hope  that many of you will come
and enjoy our Festus Autumnus!
