The blazon translates thus: White or silver background. In the foreground, 
six black horseshoes, complete with nail holes; the background shows 
through the holes. The horseshoes are open side pointing down, and are 
most likely arranges either as three rows of two shoes, or as a row of 
three on top, a row of two in the middle, and one on the bottom -- which 
arrangement probably depends on the shape of your shield/banner.
