Sorry Dave, gotta disagree with you on that one.  The US is so sensitive to
political correctness that I doubt anything like that could happen again.
There are other things going on in the world that are more worrisome than
being afraid of getting arrested dressing up like a medieval man......

As I said earlier, go to the NC state site and read the complete statute.
There is an exemption for people in theatrical productions, so as so many
folks do, say you're in a play if someone asks...
