[MR] Garb for new members

My Lord:
Many folks who, like you, have not yet been recognized as peers have shown
your willingness to take up my challenge. To you and them I say thank you
and please do take up this cause! The reason I initially challenged the
peers is that as a peer and the next king, I have the right and duty to call
for a certain level of involvement from those who have been recognized and
rewarded by the Society and held up as an example to others. I do not have
the same right to expect such an effort from those who are not dutybound to
give it, but the zeal of you and others is ample evidence that leaders and
peers unrecognized are plentiful in our fair kingdom. It begins to look as
though we will have to seek out and compete for newcomers to garb! Thanks
again.
