Short form:
Laurel wreaths are reserved to branches. Crowns are reserved to royalty. 
Therefore, you have to lose the laurel wreath AND the crown.

If you remove the wreath and crown from the Atlantian arms, you're left 
with the Atlantian Flag -- which is a wonderful thing to display to show 
your affiliation with the kingdom.
