I guess the question comes down to: if you get pulled over in PA and have
4 cases of homebrew in your van, you will have to convince the police that
your brew is for "...use at organized affairs, exhibitions, competitions,
contests, tastings or judging, provided it is not sold or offered for
sale" (Section 492(1)).
