Hello Charles,
The URL given earlier will clear up much of this mess created by a lazy
reporter who uses the blanket term 'alcohol' in a very general way, where
the statute is very limited in scope using categories of 'liquor',
'alcohol', 'malt and brewed', and 'wine'.
I'm not sure where their terms are defined, but in this case, I think their
intention is clear. Homebrewers are not allowed to sell their products, but
seem to be allowed by the statute.
