[MR] question on laws

Many thanks to all! Having moved here recently from Meridies I just
wanted to be sure, so as not to step on anybody's toes. I'd like to
make a few flags, something like this:

with single and double-tongues. Not necessarily with anyone's arms in
particular, if I did put arms on anything it would be things like the
barony & canton arms. Any opinions on this?
