[MR] Cancellation Policy for 12th Night

Greetings fine gentles!
Unfortunately for us snow haters, various areas have been attacked by clods
of white stuff and ice.  Hopefully this will not put too much of a damper on
Saturday's 12th Night  festivities.

In regard to 12th night cancellations. ...

Full refunds will be give to anyone who contacts ME, and ONLY ME, by 6pm
Friday night.  I can be reached by phone 301-705-5267 (leave a message if I
am not home, stating mundane names for all gentles to be cancelled), or you
can email me at Heather at Kriebel.com.  Beware, email can sometimes be
unreliable.

Refunds will be mailed out in the week or two AFTER the event.

Unfortunately, no-shows at the event will forfeit their reservations, being
the event staff must pay for the hall and food regardless if gentles arrive
or not.  Exceptions will certainly be made for unforeseen events such as
automobile accidents, sudden injuries, etc.

We have been assured that roads leading to the site via the published
directions should be pretty clear.  These are all snow route roads, and
access to/from the fire hall will need to be clear for obvious reasons.

Travel safely.. leave yourself some extra time.... and don't speed!
