I will second these words and offer a suggestion if anyone thinks about buying them to do what I did: go to a demo, hear what the salesman has to say, then go to a reputable machine dealer in your area (the one in my town sells Bernina & Elna among others) & compare features. I saw these people last about 6-7 years ago, nice to see they are still hawking.
