[MR] Garb Wars date?

Hello all,

Would any of you fine gentles know if Garb Wars will be held this year?
At 12th night, a nice gentleman (possibly the autocrat?) asked me if I
would be able to merchant there this year, but I wasn't able to get his
name. If anyone knows a) the date, or b) the gentleman, I'd appreciate a
reply off-list.
