Inquiring minds want to know. I never heard that the treaty had been
negated. Also, I do not see in my copy of "The Great Book of Law", (RED
TAPE), any mention that the Seneschal, Kingdom or otherwise, makes or breaks
treaties. In fact, the only legal power the Seneschal has is the "POWER OF
NO". They sign contracts mundanely, and tell the rest of us what we can not
do.
