Here here! I like that idea. Many people haven't heard of us in the 
community. We should have regulary scheduled events in public places dressed 
in SCA garb. Or if a "medieval"-ish movie comes out, wear garb and go see it! 
Also, i'm a high school student and what do high school students get turned 
on to? Fighting! We should initiate a younger Fighting Program in Atlantia. 
Not just rapier, but heavy fighting as well. And also hold tourneys. We need 
to get some of the younger kids involved in the SCA because we're the future 
of it! I know of two places in Atlantia that harbors kids, Caer Gelin and 
Lady Katerina von Wolfenburg (Carolyn Quenstedt.) I think we should also 
recognize many kids if they do good work. My home barony, Caer Mear, has a 
youth award that they give to people when they do outstanding service. We do 
have the Hippocampus, but a lot of youth may not get recognized for it. My 2 
cents.

P.S.-Does anybody have Her Majesties e-mail other than the
