Aveloc is a Royalist. In the game we play, the Crown - King and Queen - word is
law. They should have power... but note, there are checks on that power. The
peers of the Realm are in fealty to the Crown and part of that fealty is to
council the Crown when you deem it necessary. It is possible to go to other
Crowns to "deal" with your Monarch's if you feel that you are not being heard
and they are doing that which is wrong; you can go to the Kingdom Seneschal...
you can escalate to the BoD... but what of the BoD? (Remove His Grace from this
picture...) If you have a problem with something the BoD does, how does it get
fixed? Its the same problem as we have with Congress being able to vote
themselves a raise, however, there are checks on Congress... what are the checks
on the BoD?
