I know a few of the Barony folks like to head through Pennsylvania from
time to time and the good Govorner has enacted a couple of new driving laws
that you may want to know about.

In road construction zones (most of the state, one would think), 11mph over
the posted speed limit is an automatic 15 day license suspension.  Plus, you
must have your lights on as you pass through the construction zone.
