At our meetings in December, 2002, we considered the following items.
Unfortunately we were unable to recommend them for acceptance and therefore
RETURNED them.  Their owners will be receiving letters explaining the reasons
for the returns, and will have one year from the date of those letters to
resubmit new items at no additional charge.
